✅ Who Can Return
You can request a return if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

• You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

❌ Items That Can’t Be Returned
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale products

• Opened or used personal care items

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Should not return underwear products

🔁 Exchanges
If you received the wrong, damaged, or defective item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to arrange:

• A replacement, or  A full refund

To expedite the process, please send us photos of the item and its packaging.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error with your order (e.g., sending the wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
